Very slow since last garuda-update command

Hello Garuda users.

since my last update system, my computer is very very slow but when I look about RAM and CPU usage the value not exceed 35% each.

Garuda team there is no know issue about last packages updates ? I eliminate all possibilities before redoing my distribution.

This my update logs
