I also had that problem so I will tell how I fixed it, hope it works for you.
- Send the output of
garuda-inxiso we know your hardware. - Open Garuda assistant and enable all powersave options, disable all performance options.
- After performing 2, open system tray, click battery icon and pull the slider to powersave.
When you want to play games, reverse these steps except you can keep power-profiles-daemon installed.
