Give a look at it.
Possibly, I’d start from the BIOS, which seems to be very old.
Maybe the CPU and GPU are a bit weak for the dr460nized edition.
How does it work in the live USB?
You could also try a live USB for a different distro. The same problem would suggest an HW issue.
It would be also useful to fully update the system and try the LTS kernel, but I understand that if the freezes are so immediate an update might be risky.
