Freezes after a few minutes of starting

I just recently switched to garuda (yesterday) and the problem started from the moment i started to install it every time I boot/start linux it freezes after a few mins (nothing works once it freezes) The only thing i can do is turn off my device and turn it back on using the power button. When i turn it back on the same thing happens and it freezes again (this keeps happening no matter how many times i turn it off and on). Idk any solutions or what i can do (as i am new to linux). pls i need help bcz i need to use my pc. (dragonized KDE version)

Hi there, welcome to the forum.
Does it change anything if you select the x11 session in the login screen instead of Wayland?

i never tried changing it ( i did not even know that it could be changed)

i tried it after your reply but it also froze after a few mins after starting

There is a very extensive guide to troubleshoot freezes.

Give a look at it.
Possibly, I’d start from the BIOS, which seems to be very old.
Maybe the CPU and GPU are a bit weak for the dr460nized edition.
How does it work in the live USB?
You could also try a live USB for a different distro. The same problem would suggest an HW issue.
It would be also useful to fully update the system and try the LTS kernel, but I understand that if the freezes are so immediate an update might be risky.
