First thing to do is to check the logs.
This is what I suggested, to start the troubleshooting process looking for the root causes of your issue.
This tutorial can be very useful. It contains also info to collect the logs.
It might seem complex at first sight, and often it is such (requires some Linux skills), but this type of issues necessarily requires the user dedication and self learning.
It is very uncommon to have a single command or a few to fix these issues.
Start with this and good luck. I’m mainly a moderator and I don’t think I’ll be able to follow the details much.
