Bad unpackfs configuration error

Hello, I ran into a problem while installing garuda this morning. When installing garuda I get the following error: Source file system "/run/miso/bootmnt/garuda/x86_64/rootfs.sfs" does not exist. An even bigger problem is the fact that I don't have a pendrive and I installed linux using dualboot on a separate partition via grub and multiboot usb creator, in addition I accidentally installed linux on the windows partition. Currently I'm stuck on garuda not installed. please help. Below I am sending garuda-inxi:

I would recommend getting a USB drive before trying to install Garuda. At this time, other installation methods are not supported.

I know that but I was in a hurry with the installation and it was a mistake. Can I do something now? What is this error about?

Did you search the web or in the forum?

Unpacking the image file "/run/miso/bootmnt/garuda/x86_64/rootfs_sfs" failed

After installing a larger HD for the distro, I wanted to install the Mate version this time. It aborted with an error message.

I know about it but I don't have USB and I don't really know what to do now.

I really can't do anything now?

I accidentally installed linux on the windows partition

Do you mean this (failed) installation of Garuda or another one?

I don’t have USB and I don’t really know what to do now

If you mean for booting the .iso without having a usb media at hand, if understand correctly you have GRUB installed, try this: Handy scripts you'd like to share - #44 by meanruse

What is this error about?

I am not sure, I think the boot disk fails to find its compressed filesystem.

It sounds like you used a similar method to install

I don’t have a pendrive and I installed linux using dualboot on a separate partition via grub and multiboot usb creator

I don’t know “multiboot usb creator” but I vaguely recall having had some similar error when I first tried booting from .iso file the wrong way.

I'm hopeful you can borrow a flash drive to either restore Windows or install Garuda. It sounds like you've installed the multiboot utility on top of Windows

I got pendrive but now i have other problem:

(initramfs)Unable to find a medium containing a live file system

Give Ventoy a try. Go to options, check Secure Boot, choose Partition Style -> GPT. Install to the drive. Copy the .ISO (or multiple) you would like to boot from, and then try again. If it fails, try to change Partition Style to MBR.
