Hi team,
I have previously installed Gamescope from Garuda Gamer, it did not cause any issues on KDE Plasma 5.
Today, when trying to update Garuda to the latest KDE Plasma 6, it would stop the update with errors pointing to Gamescope.
So, I have uninstalled it, then the update went ahead.
When I now try to install it again, I get these errors:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
gamescope-git: /usr/bin/di-edid-decode exists in filesystem (owned by libdisplay-info)
gamescope-git: /usr/lib/libdisplay-info.so exists in filesystem (owned by libdisplay-info)
gamescope-git: /usr/lib/libdisplay-info.so.0.1.1 exists in filesystem (owned by libdisplay-info)
gamescope-git: /usr/lib/libdisplay-info.so.1 exists in filesystem (owned by libdisplay-info)
gamescope-git: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libdisplay-info.pc exists in filesystem (owned by libdisplay-info)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
Is libdisplay-info a replacement for Gamescope? Or is this a package conflict?
