Transition to fixed release packages

Hey guys,
We recently decided to transition all of our packages (which currently build hourly if updates are pushed to GitLab) to fixed releases in order to make the overall distro more stable. Thats why versioning now starts clean at 1.0.0. All packages will gradually be adapted to this change in the following week.

Also, garuda-common-settings previously had -git versions of ananicy, memavaild & prelockd which are now also replaced by their fixed release counterpart. This means you have to press (y) to replace package-git with package when running

sudo pacman -Syu ananicy memavaild prelockd

+1 this move. It will help with consistency too. From experience I can say that GIT versions often are unstable, rarely however bring new features.
