Transition to fixed release packages

Hey guys, We recently decided to transition all of our packages (which currently build hourly if updates are pushed to GitLab) to fixed releases in order to make the overall distro more stable. Thats why versioning now starts clean at 1.0.0. All packages will gradually be adapted to this change in the following week.
