Snapper asking for authentication persist on my system | Failed to start BTRFS Assistant Snapper check

This issue has already been reported and solved in this post.
However, even though I have the involved packages up to date I keep having the authentication request on every boot:

╰─λ pacman -Qi snapper-tools
Name : snapper-tools
Version : 1.1.1-2

╰─λ pacman -Qi garuda-system-maintenance
Name : garuda-system-maintenance
Version : 1.6.1-1

190722-1357-Authentication Required

So far I've double checked my snapper tools configs and nothing seems to be out of place. I also went to /etc/pam.d/polkit-1 and /etc/polkit-1/rules.d/49-nopasswd-live.rules looking for suspects and got nothing. I noticed a related error:
