Your issue seems hardware related.
GPU use RAM?
KDE plasma is 5.21 but kernel is old
try zen 5.11 or other.
BIOS from 2013, update possible?

my GPU is using integrated graphics(Intel HD 4000), i mean i literally lowered the effects and the animation but that doesn't seem to work at all+ i have changed the kernel to zen 5.11.
Your issue seems is hardware related.
Sorry, seems you need better hardware or just try other Garuda DE’s like Xfce, BSPWM or … ? IDK.
