I have known…
Someone who literally could not walk and chew bubblegum. Or smoke.
Someone who was so afraid to pass slower vehicles a 30 mile trip took 1.5 hours. Never rode with them again.
Nor walking again with the other person.

Not that I’m any “catch.”

This will self correct when you get to his ^^^ and my age. You’ll be lucky if you can hold it long enough to make the bathroom. This will happen on a frequent basis, so don’t expect any more than 2 hours of sleep without having to make another run for it. :timer_clock: :toilet:

I had used in VM, but it has problem with latency and efficiency. some stuff like termux work right out of box, but ne’er a good experience in games.

So I used waydroid [on arch linux] and worked fine with linage os rom, and messing with some python scripts. However I got better performance still having latency problems in games

I get as much as 3 to 4 hours, maybe 5 if I don’t have leg cramps, but even if it’s only 2, once I’m up I’m up. So it’s nice that we’re an international community; there always something going on here or the Arch Forums. It’s also an opportune time to test the improvements on the monthly Archinstall script, or a daily Garuda build, or install Windows. Or a different Arch-based distribution. I haven’t been able to get away from Arch or Arch-based distributions since I stumbled into them. Something more addicting than sleep, I guess.

Okay, solve this :

(question 27)

a general class 12th problem of probability from our side ,one thing to remember - using calculator is termed as cheating in our side in school exams so don’t use it

Solve question no. 6

By saying Math is easy you have hurted my soul :slightly_frowning_face:
And I am now gonna end your life !!!

Summary

Don’t take it seriously
you don’t need to solve it but if someone from my neighbour would have said this then I would have litterally did this

Just take it as a small rascal from my side  :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
I know that you guys solve much harder than these things :slightly_smiling_face:

Gatorade every day or the legs cramp for sure. I had no idea how much fun getting old would be.

Excuse me, I NEVER said it is easy, i said it is ENTERTAINING sometimes.
For me, it is entertaining BECAUSE it is a challenge, the harder, the better. It is something akin to that microwaved brain image, but you have ¨good¨ microwave sessions and ¨bad¨ microwave sessions. The difference being if you enjoy it, or not.
Now, regarding the questions:
About the radius of the balloon (at 15cm) I am doing some very poor calculations here (I am having breakfast, it is a free day for me, and I want to watch spyxfamily :P) That should be like 1 pi/py/pie? Centimeters per second (I am not sure how to pronounce it in English, as my main language is Spanish), since the balloon remains spherical? Kill me quickly otherwise XD
About the dice, again, QDOS math, I think C has the higher chance?
These are problems that sound familiar to me, are you a high school teacher?

GATORADE? O_o
Dude, I use 96% alcohol for my cramps.
Is your Gatorade ¨loaded¨?

Interesting concept, Gatorade vs. Everclear+ (96%=192 Proof).

Gatorade has sugar. I’m diabetic.
Everclear burns my throat. I’d hate to think what it does to livers.

But if you’re talking Isopropyl (a massage?) instead of Ethanol (drink?), that’s a different breed o’ cat. I use 99%+ Isopropyl for cleaning delicate electronic components. I use 100% Ethanol to make cannabis RSO. See the difference?

For the question of probability :
The book haven’t provided how to solve it so I will have to solve it for you again

You can see in question that first person to start throwing dice is A and his probability of winning in first round will be 1/6 and then if he doesn’t win then he will have to wait for others to loose so that he can win second round which will be like
probability of loosing of A in first round - 5/6
probability of loosing of B in first round - 5/6
probability of loosing of C in first round - 5/6
probability of winninv of A in first round - 1/6
and this will go to infinity …
for finding exact probability of A of winning you will have to add all probabilities of all rounds till infinity for which I have applied GEOMETRIC summation of infinite terms in between the calculation and the probability at the end comes is 36/91.

For calculating for B , you will have to remember that B will only throw the die in first round when A will throw and doesn’t wins, which is like this :
probability of loosing of A in first round - 5/6
probability of winning of B in first round - 1/6
multiply both
for probability of winning of B in second round :
probability of loosing of A in first round - 5/6
probability of loosing of B in first round - 5/6
probability of loosing of C in first round - 5/6
probability of loosing of A in 2nd round - 5/6
probability of winning of B in 2nd round - 5/6
then multiply all you will get the 2nd round’s probability
this will go till infinity , apply GEOMETRIC summation again and you will get 30/91
Same story with C but will throw at third numer , the probability is 25/91 for him

hence A has the highest probability to win, it is logical too, the one who throws first will might have highest probability so it can be solved without using math too

And for rate of radius , I think you won’t need explanation :slightly_smiling_face: :

it is 1/pi centimeter per second
Solved all without calculators, everything is on mind calculation

Only during teacher’s day we exchange our rolls as teacher and teach different classes and for rest of the time of the year I am a high school student :slightly_smiling_face:
I am of 18 BTW

O_O
No, no, Ethanol for massaging O_O
I do not drink alcohol of any kind, I do not smoke, and I do not do drugs. Never did anything of that.
I do am diabetic, and since late 2020, I also have to do dialysis.

I see.
Well, it is very good that you can solve those by hand (mind?). I did not do any proper calculations, neither I thought I had to :stuck_out_tongue:
About the probabilities, yes, you are correct, since each throw is a single chance, and they stack, the first one will be the quickest one to achieve it.
Have you read the rest of my previous answer to your message?

Statistics and probablity was not very difficult but I have found it useful. It can change your models of thinking.

Getting the main principles of calculus can be quite important. I had a dislike for 2x A4 long derivative & equation solutions, though. I guess that part of the experience.
At least, I know what derivatives and integrals mean, and what they do in real life problems. Matrices and imaginary nr were quite easy for me, later are relavant in calculating apparent power and reactive components.

It was easier for me to read physics formulas, even ones with a parameters on the fourth power… (a fluid dynamics, friction formula )I tend to visualize whats going on when I look at a formula.

I am usually more of an “engineering/hacker” type. I want to see real life results, but…

I have been reading about physics and I wish I picked Physics at my school. I enjoyed watching lectures about quantum physics… And you know, there would be no computers without quantum physics. The transistor was developed thanks to discoveries in this field.

They also have sugar free versions. There are also sugar free electrolyte tablets that you can mix with water. Working outside in the hot summer weather I have to drink that stuff all day. Even this time of year I have to drink at least one a day or I wake up with leg cramps. Not much fun, so I’ve developed a taste for Gatorade (which I used to hate).
