I meet again with a vascular surgeon Nov. 9. I’ll tell him of your anecdotal experience. I’ve developed a taste for what actually works in my dotage.
Thanks!

I’m working on a doctorate in bioinformatics – heavy in AI, also an engineering/biologist/hacker type… I just have the computer do all the math for me, but in that case it’s critical I know it so I can check it…
I mean the subtracting, multiplication, etc of number was done in mind not anywhere else as rough calculation.
Yeah I read that
but I was not sure whether you are saying pi or 1/pi
BTW, not very good , math is currently my weakest subject among physics and chemistry
I trying to push my math skills so that I could clear my college admission exams
currently my life due to math is like this :
You’ll get there, and this will all just be a blur. Looking back on it you will be so glad you worked this hard. Keep it up!
I feel ya but its the other way for me…
I won’t say I’m very good at maths, but a lot better than P and C
Dude, I KNOW what you are going through.
Look, this is all just so you can develop a skill, a ¨way¨ of interpreting and understanding, so it IS going to be hard, but I can assure you, once you get out there in the field, it will rarely even get that hard, it will mostly be tedious, frustrating and repetitive :S
I’m sure you remember the song about that! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vctA7thyC5M
Also nice work!
No, I do not know.
I only know Hyper, Hyper (Hypr, Hypr ) , although that doesn’t meet my musical taste either.
Please the better version of it!
Too bad they didn’t make it into the European Song Contest (sorry for the offtopic, I had to!
)
Eurovision? Hey, even us unedumacated 'Mericans (did you know that ‘us’ spells U.S.?) have heard of Eurovision! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7q6Co-nd0lM
Sorry, SGS, but you started it. <–sorry, not sorry
No, justmere did it.
I like to move it, move it, to night.
OK, people, help me out here:
We need to find the variance of an average human adult walking on ice cream vs. a standard hard surface (I do not remember the name of that right now)
Then, the variance of THAT, when the weight of an average toaster is applied, plus 5 extra ounces?
Then, the difference of an average R26 bike (standard size for adults, at least here in Argentina) when the weight of only ONE sock is added (again, maybe an average, plain cotton sock?)
The last part is easy, you need the standard gravity, since you are on planet earth, and you are (supposedly) an average adult human being.
Now, evaluate and improve my proposition.
don’t forget to repaint that hamster >.>
Yes, I explain that you do not need GRAVITY, my bad -_-
But, still, it can be argued that you would need the ¨usual¨ amount of gravy that you normally need to do that, as no condition that would deviate from standard atmospheric ones in this planet, are specified. Therefore, the gravy would cover the hamster like it usually would, and it will dry at the usual rate, or, you would require to consume the same amount as you usually do, when performing that task.
Also, i could had sworn that Gravy had two v O_o
I feel for people who don’t get this joke.
Nr1 challenge for people today is too much information.
Also, when we reade the news, or these statements of different specialists/leaders/speakers…
I ask Why do I need to hear anything? Go and Do it! Go and fix it… Highly paid specialist? Great! Go and pick it up and do it! No one is stopping you.
Regarding information noise, building up some responsibilty in the work hierarchy, I realised, I need 0.5% not 100% of information.
Life is good, with less information.
but it’s all wrong because it’s 2023!
more like too many lies.
very soon the veil will be lifted.
Veil? I dont follow.
People are too much in their minds thinking about stuff that does not matter.
Well, If you have something on your mind then speak up. Also, consider that I don’t
know whether you are 20 or ~40. It kind of makes a big difference in experience.
When you hint at “economy”, or any global systems then I put it to rest.
1.The economy has seen all these booms and bust for at least couple of centuries.
This was surprising for me, but I guess it should not be.
The “us vs them” has always been there, do an extent. Whether its the poor vs rich or state vs people (more exaggerated in the social media boom age).
I think that we live in a world that has been technologically disrupted exponentially in past 10 years. That said, I believe these kinds of cycles are still, kind of repeating.
I believe there might be more “stuff” put into the news & media now… or at least for people my age +/- 10 years. I ask myself, is there any benefit to that, and I guess there’s not much benefit of knowing about something you have no control over. In other words, its not really important. The focus is in the wrong place.
I think, most people with even moderate decency would get a long just fine sitting around a campfire telling stories. Or would just enjoy the moment being there.
I think most people are more similar than different. Different cultures bring out different sides of people more. Be it “stoicism” , “passion” or “rationality” but ultimately people are quite similar. Some small minority can be leaning to the deep end, which is kind of conditioned.
I think… Personal development is a good way to go in 2023. Its not getting ahead, but more doing it for yourself. Get that energy more focused.
