This is not an official EU project, but a one-man show by a certain Robert Riemann, who works as “Head of Sector Digital Transformation in the Technology & Privacy Unit” at European Data Protection Supervisor (https://www.edps.europa.eu).

For me the idea is a good one, even if it is not directly an official EU project and is just someone who works in the EU. It’s a good place to start, isn’t it? The important thing for me as a European is to break the digital dependence of foreign private companies on the EU. As other countries like Russia, and I think Sweden too, I can’t remember, have achieved at governmental level.

The whole thing is simply a private project by Robert Riemann (https://blog.riemann.cc), which is also just a PoC: eu-os · GitLab.
I don’t want to denigrate the idea or the implementation or criticize Robert Riemann (Robert Riemann · GitLab). But I am criticizing the “reporting” of itsfoss.com for good reason, because they didn’t even take 5 minutes to do their research.

I think its ony one guy managing it. Anyway some ItsFOSS articles are meh. Take the “Cosmic arrives on Garuda” for example. Sure you should stick to the title, but that doesn’t mean you should not look at the OS features - like RANI. You as it is didn’t make a dedicated article about Garuda Release anyway, which I was highly anticipating, and everyone knows about Cosmic at this stage so why talk about it again?

Yep, but with the difference that the articles from “Linuxiac” and “The Register” are serious and describe the whole topic in detail and present it correctly.

Speaking of flying: When boarding the plane, tell the flight crew that you urgently need a glass of water to take an important medication as soon as you reach cruising altitude.
Once you reach cruising altitude, unbuckle your seatbelt and speak loudly and clearly into the air vent: “A glass of water, please.”
The laughter of your fellow passengers will immediately die down when the flight attendant arrives with the glass of water you ordered

So I figured out the orange problem.
In the Colour Palette, theere is an option “same as regular”, that makes everything orange. Try for yourself.
