There are two png in your svg, it make the file very big and IDK whether it can still be scaled without loss. It is also big in px, 3000x3000.
Of course, it always depends on what you want to use for, but pure SVG is easier to use (edit, colors …) and protect resources.

Hmm I blame affinity an how it exports svg. I’ll give its export settings a once over when I go over them tomorrow

Im actually now just curious as to why ha.
I have tried over the past 6 months. They just don’t work like I need. Inkscape is the closest for vector work but has a worse UI then krita for effects. An neither handle real time effect changing well. Or its something I have to enable for that effect an all that. At the least i can use them for small text based things.

I would like to keep the Garuda logo as it is.
I only play with the colors of the eagle or the “G”.
But the basic shape should always be the same.
Check the size 
from the SVG files.

Got ya, and no worries. I rounded it to kinda fit the mokka icon set. But that’s a quick swap back.
As for the svg thing I found that things I place FX on got rasterized on export. with that off none of the effects would show on the exported file. the fix was make a plain one with no effects.
The size was just because the dpi was set quite high.
The svgs other then the white one have pngs in them but they are there for anyone who wants to take a crack at them.
