A lot of issues with this adaptor in the forum, so do some searching and update the thread to tell us what you have tried. So far this topic has no information.
This looks like a good place to start:
Be sure to disable the Windows “fast startup” feature, which can hold down the network card.
By the way, you are not going to get anywhere until you get this straightened out:
Run garuda-update and reboot.
