Also, always check comments in the AUR (none in this case, I think) and especially issues upstream.
This user cannot run it after driver update, maybe also building is affected.

I upgraded to the latest Nvidia drivers yesterday (515.48.07), on my Optimus lap… top, running Manjaro.
Gamescope won't run for me:
```
~ > gamescope -r 30 -- vkcube
No CAP_SYS_NICE, falling back to regular-priority compute and threads.
Performance will be affected.
As far as I can tell XWayland seems to work OK otherwise, I can run Steam games via Proton for example.
Anyway it's brand new. Maybe not even a bug. Just wanted to suggest an approach...
I noticed you are in a partial upgrade status.
Maybe you'd better
garuda-update
Furthermore, how's that
DM: 1: LightDM v: 1.30.0 note: stopped
2: SDDM note: stopped
?
Two DM's are out of standard...
For sddm, give a look at this thread:
Hi,
So for all that want to run an "all wayland kde", with sddm using wayland instead of xorg, do this:
install package sddm-wayland-git from chaotic-aur
in for example /etc/sddm.conf.d/dr460nized.conf, add:
[General]
DisplayServer=wayland
GreeterEnvironment=QT_WAYLAND_SHELL_INTEGRATION=layer-shell
and
[Wayland]
CompositorCommand=kwin_wayland --no-lockscreen --inputmethod maliit-keyboard --width 2560 --height 1440
adjust width and height to your monitor.
but beware, maybe, here be drago…
Just consider that now sddm-wayland-git
is called sddm-git
