Waydroid not working correctly

I did do that

cat /etc/modules-load.d/binder.conf
File: /etc/modules-load.d/binder.conf
binder_linux

second to last option I am passing right before my custom edid

cat /boot/refind_linux.conf
File: /boot/refind_linux.conf
"Boot with standard options"  "amd_pstate=active BOOT_IMAGE=/@/boot/vmlinuz-linux-%v root=UUID=53e270ad-df
d5-4874-a125-69d21ada6b8d rw rootflags=subvol=@ rd.udev.log_priority=3 vt.global_cursor_default=0 loglevel
=3 sysrq_always_enabled=1 amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff nowatchdog nmi_watchdog=0 psi=1 drm.edid_firmwar
e=HDMI-A-1:edid/LG-C2.bin"
"Boot to single-user mode"    "amd_pstate=active BOOT_IMAGE=/@/boot/vmlinuz-linux-%v root=UUID=53e270ad-df
d5-4874-a125-69d21ada6b8d rw rootflags=subvol=@ rd.udev.log_priority=3 vt.global_cursor_default=0 loglevel
=3 sysrq_always_enabled=1 amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff nowatchdog nmi_watchdog=0 psi=1 single"
"Boot with minimal options" "ro root=/dev/nvme0n1p2"

its also on my inxi here

Kernel: 6.4.3-273-tkg-bmq arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 13.1.1
    parameters: intel_pstate=passive split_lock_detect=off amd_pstate=active
    BOOT_IMAGE=/@/boot/vmlinuz-linux-linux-tkg-bmq-generic_v3
    root=UUID=53e270ad-dfd5-4874-a125-69d21ada6b8d rw rootflags=subvol=@
    rd.udev.log_priority=3 vt.global_cursor_default=0 loglevel=3
    sysrq_always_enabled=1 amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff nowatchdog
    nmi_watchdog=0 psi=1 drm.edid_firmware=HDMI-A-1:edid

The only kernel I can load Waydroid on is catchy (but then magisk doesn’t work correctly) anything else causes it to fail as I said in the OP
