Using latest KDE, right click context menu is very slow to load

I am on Hyprland and I also have this issue. It occurs for any KDE application, but for other applications (e.g. Firefox) there is no problem. The context menu looks like this:

My waybar also likes to disappear sometimes but that’s definitely my fault (see Fixing plasmashell and I’ve created an abomination)
