Updates don't work after fresh Garuda install

Hi, I am in Mexico, trying to update a brand new installation of Garuda. Doing nothing but the installation and using the initial upgrade popup, it errors out. After installing a few apps, still the same, and I get the output below. Note that this must be a Mexico issue, because I get the same thing trying to update EndeavorOS, Archman, Archcraft, Arco, apparently any Arch distro:

I have been running ArcoLinux and/or EndeavourOS for 18 months with no update issues. I have tried updating after running my Windscribe VPN to the USA. No difference. Yes, I have decent Internet speeds here. I do not have any issues updating Debian distros. EOS was updating earlier this week, but began to get this problem, which caused me to look at other distros like Garuda, Archcraft and Archman.

Thanks for the help, I like what I see here on Garuda!

Uninstall pinta from your system. The package is currently not compatible with the latest dotnet version.

Thanks, that helped a lot! It looks pretty good now, just got the following errors and warnings. Note that the events filled up the terminal buffer and I cannot show the whole thing. Here are PARTS of it that seem pertinent:
