There are a few topics about this. pinta doesn’t like the new dotnet version, so its just best to remove pinta.

Updates don't work after fresh Garuda install

Uninstall pinta from your system. The package is currently not compatible with the latest dotnet version.

Installing dotnet-runtime breaks dependency

Try removing that package for now. sudo pacman -R pinta
