Been using and updating Garuda for quite a few years but from last few days this error pops up when I try to update it (I use Garuda Welcome to update which is pretty useful for noob like me)

Can someone please help me resolve the issue here? I tried searching for similar issue in the forum but couldn't really find a solution exactly matching (found one on Arch Wiki related to not using yay for updating but i don't use yay for updates hence would appreciate any help I can get.
