You could try this?

Touchpad needs pci=nocrs
in kernel parameters to be detected
Sorry
I don't understand anything (
PS I switched from Windows after + -10 years
by editing the file /etc/default/grub and appending the command "pci=nocrs" after the the command "quiet" to the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT argument leaving it like this
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 quiet pci=nocrs"
Right after editing that file, I ran again the grub configuration using this command
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
λ GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 quiet pci=nocrs"
fish: Unsupported use of '='. In fish, please use 'set GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT "loglevel=3 quiet pci=nocrs"
'.
sudo micro /etc/default/grub
Search for the line, edit/write/add-> pci=nocrs
Ctrl + s
Ctrl + q
then
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
Reboot.
Thanks a lot, everyone. For quick assistance and quick response
Happy New Year)
By the way, I am from Russia and if I wrote to a similar forum, then the answer would wait at least 3 hours (at best) you explained to a person who is full 0 in Linux. I don't even know how to express my gratitude to you
That’s easy, help other starter if you know more about Linux, maybe you can help with translation in Garuda wiki or donate if you like.
