Taskbar Display Problems

Hello, first of all, I would like to point out that I am a new Linux user, so I would appreciate it if you could simplify your answers

My problem is that sometimes my taskbar freezes. Even if I close an app it appears open. For example, I opened OBS Studio and closed it after I was done, but it did not disappear from my taskbar. Also, my taskbar no longer moves up and down, it suddenly appears when I hover over it, and some applications cannot be clicked. To solve this problem, I tried switching to X11 but the same thing happened again. I went into the taskbar settings and tried turning some settings on and off, but it still didn’t work.

Have you tried login into x11

When it happens try to open the system settings, search for compositor, check its status, and if offered to reset it, go for it.
And, in general, you can enable / disable the compositor on the fly with alt+shift+F12.
If you have troubles opening system settings you can launch it with Krunner (shortcut should be alt+space or alt+F2).

Hello. Since this is a KDE related problem, please let it stay in that category when I move it. Thanks

I don’t understand what I need to change here. I may have misunderstood you because my operating system is in a different language. I’m sorry for this

Yes i tried

does this happen with all apps ?

I don’t think the problem is with the applications. It happens at random times and freezes, then all the applications I open from the taskbar become unclickable.

go into settings >display>compositor and choose : a balance of latency and smoothness ,

see if this helps or else try switching to the mainstream normal linux kernel with:

sudo pacman -S linux linux-headers

Try switching to a different theme like breeeze twilight or something although I am unsure if this will even work(make sure to logout and re-login once the theme is applied, this applies to all themes).

Not work. I think it is caused by something else. If you look at the other problems, you can see that I have problems in many places in all themes:
