When I click on "Search", "Users", "Firewall", "Display and monitor", "Audio" or even some subcategories of the systemsettings app it crashes. Those are some output examples when I open it from terminal:

Since your system also says it is using latte-dock, there might be an issue with current KDE related updates (like Kvantum) and latte-dock.
Things related to KDE are heating up as the new KDE version is coming out in the coming days. latte-dock is not working with upcoming changes, so there might be some correlation between systems still using latte-dock not working correctly with recent updates.
It’s been causing random odd problems for quite a while now, so that would be my guess that recent KDE related updates are not working well with it.

The Gaurda devs are working on migration away from latte-dock that should be available very soon, along with a new latte-dock free version.
