I believe a system update caused it, I just dont know what package. Initially I did a clean install of Mokka when it came out. I was doing good for almost a week then on the 15th I ran into an issue that evening and I tried a lot of things to roll it back. Finally I decided maybe it was better to reinstall so I did another fresh install of Mokka and installed all the packages I regularly use plus the gaming stuff. I thought I was out if the water but no… no… Then the issue started repeating on the new install. I was on Garuda Dragonized Gaming before this never had an issue.
So in short: you installed Garuda Mokka on March 8th and everything worked without issues until March 15th, correct?
Since this is a fresh install from March 15, the pacman.log is not really helpful. The March 15 stuff is the update (and addition of applications) after the Garuda Mokka reinstall and the March 16 packages don’t really have anything to do with the issue.
You have bottles installed, do you have the same issues with it or only with steam and heroic?
Is there a reason why you installed gnome-desktop? This should not be the cause, but remove it as a test.
I haven’t made it around to using bottles yet. For now just Steam and Heroic, Im not sure why gnome-desktop or gnome-desktop-common. It looks like it was installed with one of the gaming packages. Ill try removing them.
Edit***
It looks like it came with the Lutris package when I installed it through Rani
