Switching every time to default theme

Hello.
I am facing a issue from last update (sudo pacman -Syu) the issue is every time I used to open settings app the global theme is resetting to lite theme I love sweetified plasma too much but changing theme each time is too much frustrating please help me what can I do.
I restarted the but nothing changed.

Also i am unable To change the wallpaper i attached the image file to describe It:

Wallpaper issue got fixed after I restored Garuda to yesterday's snapshot but theme issue exists.

Main problem is it seems to work for the rest of the world :wink:

IDK which app must be start in terminal to get error messages for Desktop Folder Settings.

Not a problem sir my bad thing is to play with system settings this is my punishment for that :sweat_smile::grin: I'll manage it not a big problem
