Suddenly cannot connect to wifi network

This afternoon, after an update, I am unable to connect to my wifi network. I am able to connect with Ethernet, and I booted the live session and was able to connect from it. Never had this before, and I'm baffled.

Try restoring the snapshot from before this update, to test if WiFi is working again. If so, most likely a kernel update has broken the WiFi driver you are using. In that case, an easy solution would be to run the LTS kernel for a week or two, then switch back to the Zen kernel if you’d like and see if it has been fixed.

If still necessary, try also this one:

Tried a snapshot. The indicator showed connection, but I had no connectivity. I added "pcie_aspm=off ath10k_core.skip_otp=y" to /etc/modprobe.d and it made no difference. Just using Ethernet and waiting for the problem to be fixed.

Have you tried different kernels, as suggested?
