As the pic is saying.

Is it this you mean?

╰─λ sudo lsmod | grep blue
bluetooth 774144 41 btrtl,btintel,btbcm,bnep,btusb,rfcomm
ecdh_generic 16384 2 bluetooth
crc16 16384 2 bluetooth,ext4
rfkill 32768 10 bluetooth,cfg80211

Also try

pulseaudio -k

Now it is working.

I addet this

load-module module-bluetooth-policy
load-module module-bluetooth-discover
to /etc/pulse/system.pa
and change AutoEnable=False to true and removed #
in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf

and install pulseaudio-bluetooth and removed the installet git-version
after a reboot now my headset is working..

Thanks for you help @dr460nf1r3

How did you remove the installed git version?

I suspect that this bit was unnecessary:

and the actual solution was this:

I have no idea why you have a -git version installed unless you're a developer of the software.

Not his fault in this case, it was preinstalled somehow, got replaced shortly after last release though
