You might want to install garuda-bluetooth
is says "warning: garuda-bluetooth-20201126-1 is up to date -- reinstalling" so I have it.
and I have also all the bluetooth enable in the Garuda Assistant

Now it is working.
I addet this
and change AutoEnable=False to true and removed #
and install pulseaudio-bluetooth and removed the installet git-version
after a reboot now my headset is working..

I have no idea why you have a
-git version installed unless you're a developer of the software.
Not his fault in this case, it was preinstalled somehow, got replaced shortly after last release though
