I agree with you if it was a open source system, but as we all know, this system and a lot of its culture (bots) are deceptive. They are mining user behaviors, data, and who knows what else beyond their “fine print” disclosure. These “free” social media platforms are all in bed with, receive funding from, the Five Eyes.
In my eyes, it would be great if it imploded and out of its ashes rose an open platform with real free speech. That is just the weed talking though, pffffft.
