I would suggest that if you can’t follow the prior great suggestions to get your printer driver and related packages installed you need to do some research on how to use the OS you are intending to use.
Search the Archwiki for instructions on how to use an AUR helper. Pamac has this ability built in, but you must enable it yourself.
