I adjusted the inxi post to be more readable, according to the relevant tutorial.
As far as the issue is concerned, I cannot help much since I'm not a gamer.
Anyway, you could give a look at the topics below, containing "CS:GO" and solved.
https://forum.garudalinux.org/search?q=%22CS%3AGO%22%20status%3Asolved
The only suggestion I could think of is to try disabling the compositor (alt+shift+F12) before launching the game
(maybe this is already among the suggestions in the list above anyway).

Don’t use Proton for CSGO.

thanks for your help

Do you know how to solve my problem with csgo?

Change launch options to

prime-run %command%

If csgo run in window I must launch -fullscreen?

You can enable fullscreen in game settings, IIRC the launch parameter for that is "-full".

Now Csgo crashes fastly

I have problem with run CSGO. When I run CSGO in native it shows black screen.
Now I'm trying to turn csgo through a proton. But if I do this it shows "Fatal error, failed to connect with local Stean Client process". I don't know what to do.

doesn’t start in btrfs partition, only in case insensitive FSs

From ProtonDB.

You could try to break off some space for the game, format it with ext4 and try running the game then. A lot of work for a game, but if you really wanna play… doesn’t seem to work on Btrfs.

Could also try launch-option -nojoy

There seem to be a lot of hits and guides on the Internet for this error, although they don't seem to be a big deal at all...
Have you tried anything?
Even though they are always Windows-based, Steam is Steam, maybe you can try.
I just link one of them randomly:
