Speaking of different kernels, let’s try installing the LTS kernel and see if you get a different result.

sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers

in combination with

Since you are already on the LTS kernel, maybe you can try the LTS drivers and see if you have any better luck. You can reinstall any other Nvidia packages you wish to have back at the same time, for example:

sudo pacman -S nvidia-lts nvidia-settings
