Pacman-manager don´t start

Hello Garuda Peoples

My Garuda don´t start the Programm "Software add and remove" Package from the Menu. Iḿ calling the Program from Menü / system / "Software hinzufügen / entfernen" - in English the name should be "software add and remove"
I´m using Garuda in German.
I've done before pacman -Syu.

The Programm command is pacmac-manager %U. I write this command in the terminal - the responce was :

> pamac-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Have you any idea, what the problem can be?

Note that this is an issue with Pamac, not pacman.
