April 1st is the scheduled release date of all the new Garuda editions now all based on Debian, (but keep it under your hat for now) .

Perhaps there will be new ISOs on this date so that the update download for newcomers is kept within limits.
But that doesn’t have to be a new release.
Since Garuda is a rolling distribution, you only need to update and you will immediately have your “next” release.
One week to late, minimum

i saw someone posted on Garuda Telegram Channel about the testing ISO of Garuda Xmonad... 2-3 days back... i am happy with i3 and Qtile... but there are 2 -3 editions which I dont understand... like Garuda Recbox and Garuda BSPWM... moreover there are 2 different versions (Dragonized And Barebone) of KDE which i feel is not necessary... Dragonized should be the flagship one... one mate one lxqt one gnome and 2-3 standard WM like i3, Qtile and Xmonad...
sorry my intension is not to offend anyone... but thats just my opinion...
