Same performance as windows? Set the fps you want it to replay at. And set it to pause at a maximized window. I’ve never had a issue with performance. Anymore then any other wallpaper with movement.

Just exclude the window class you are using.
Go in System Settings and Rounded-Corners in Desktop Effects and Exclusion tab.
