In short… I was trying to setup my zsh and kind of didnt get the results I am looking for.
I would keep with fish… Its brilliant but does bot support bash.
How do I reset all garuda shell related settings?

Garuda-Assistant and in the settings from terminal you use.
IIRC, default is bash now.
I’ve now progressed far enough to build my own distro. Donkey Linux.
Donkey Linux is absolutely identical to Garuda, with the small but subtle difference - there are only donkeys as wallpapers.
(Inspired by Hannah Montana and PonyOS)
You learnt how to edit the /etc/os-release
didn’t you
Yes, but not really
Got zsh setup properly.
Lunarvim is underrated. People need to get over the :q! drama
I have just updated firedragon , and I would have to admit that the changes in theming is beautiful
Started with Ubuntu 8.04, stayed with Ubuntu until 2019, when I moved to Manjaro for greater software availability. Didn’t like the update policy of Manjaro, ran EndeavourOS for a while, installed Garuda a year ago and am staying right here, having found the perfect distro.
Kinda curious, what happened to progress on new website?.. how long can it take me to learn angular so I can help?, I wonder
I have started my college life!!
I have joined a mechanical engineering course.
I will be pretty busy now. As our professor said, college life is like clockwork and if you plan it well, you can learn as well as enjoy it .
Hmm… strange
We both gave all exams same time , still you are starting
meanwhile , our first exam already started and today was our first paper
Best of luck mate
yeah , just in a month you are going to start feeling like everything is moving as fast as bullet train
Just a month ago I got into college , and now exam have started . ( really not properly a month )
and the fun fact is that my college has peoples not only from Hindi belt , they are from all over India, so almost 40 - 55% peoples don’t know Hindi and common language to teach and communicate here is English , so on first day of college we had an English proficiency test, not any lecture or intro .
Well, every room is like a mini India , someone is from north , then south or extreme east side… and it’s really nice to get vibes of culture of each Indian state at a single place (there are 28 states so you can think as 20-28 different major cultures
)
PS : I am on rush everyday now
mid-term exams?
Kind off
It has something like 1/3 of syllabus
Here exam names are little different
theorotical exams are named as :
CAT - 1 , CAT 2 , FAT
And practical exams are named as :
PAT 1,2,3,4,5
well , CAT 2 (you can say it mid term )
Will be held in October.
Till now we have gone through PAT1 and CAT 1 is going on .
isn’t that an abandoned project now?
2017 I ditched Windows & started with Linux Mint, a couple of years later moved to Arch. I must have been using Garuda Linux two or three years now.
Garuda on Daily Driver PC, Hyprland on two laptops.
I even changed my work Laptop to a MacBook Pro M1.
Can’t work Windows any more.
Hmm… I have seen this Miku character a lot.
From which anime series does it belongs to ??
not sure too, I think its just an imaginary musician that many people love. There is a youtube channel for hatsune miku
Ahh… anime wallpapers looks cool .
But if the reason of your anime wallpapers is that you don’t have anyone to talk with , then I would suggest go out and find someone .
There are a lot of linux users in my college. Even seen a Mam taking attendence in vim and then using grep command to shortlist absentees. But one thing I have found is almost no one is that much introvert as others are seen in memes
, Ummm… wow, didn’t know a wallpaper could reveal so much
