DeepSeek, a cheap artificial intelligence (AI) from China, has caused chip company Nvidia to suffer a record loss on the stock market. Nvidia’s market value fell by almost $600 billion on Monday after the stock closed down around 17 percent. Nvidia was still worth $2.9 trillion, but lost the title of the most valuable US company to Apple.
