Load ICC profile system wide with "night color"

(let me start again, correctly this time... thanks to a moderator for clearing stuff up) Is there a way to load the ICC calibration profile in a way that is not disabled by the system "night color"? i have noticed that after using DisplayCAL the profile unloads when the blue light filter is engaged, i tried using Colord to load the ICC profile system wide but it still gets disabled...
