Or insert inside fstab your hdd. (pls with option nofail)
Intern hdds should be active over fstab. It´s the “old” method but good and stable. (my mind)

thanks gampel,
i did chance in gparted some settings that is mount to /mnt/ an disable non auto mount and also allow users to mount and unmount it.
after reboot i have access to it now =)
i also checked neptis ntfs fix but it dosnt gave me an error.
