Backblaze is a big player in the cloud business. Every quarter they publish the failure rates of the drives they use from various manufacturers. The results can be quite useful for a purchase decision.
Given there are loads of annoyance with YouTube client, one might give this a go. Seems to be exactly what I was looking for. You can subscribe to channels without any account.
Has a lot of controls, you decide what the page shows.

I used to use freetube but it was pretty slow. I recommend to just self-host invidious locally. It’s fast and easy to set up

Personally, I wouldn’t touch anything to do with the new owners Broadcom with a 10 foot pole.
sadly, broadcom has LSI in its grips as well… but buying used LSI HBA hardware will keep the money out of broadcom’s dirty hands.
