But keeping with my starting tradition of reading too fast, I guess the point of the video is not surveillance, but selling data for $ bling bling $ ( I just sat down in the computer and brain is starting to warm up).

Here in my country, mass scam calls (FBI calls me every 3 months or so) and sms are becoming the norm.

Who cares? Someone has an old fork of it and is publishing the whole thing as oldfetch

The one I see mentioned most often is HyFetch, a direct fork of Neofetch and actively maintained. It’s also packaged in the Ubuntu 24.04 LTS archives making it an apt install hyfetch away from obligatory overuse.

HyFetch displays info using Pride-themed colour schemes by default (it’ll ask you to choose your preferred Pride flag when first run) but you can see an OS-based colour scheme by running neowofetch instead — same tool, same info, different colours.

Neofetch is pretty feature complete, there doesn’t need to be any new development on it, apart from adding new distros which can easily be accomplished by the distro devs. I don’t think it’s going away any time soon.

It works fine on my machine, and will probably continue to work, even if it doesn’t get updated.

TLDR: helldivers2 will now REQUIRE you to link your PSN account to your steam account/game. looking at the reviews on the steam page, and various tweets, people are not happy. And there is the general tonedeaf comments from the companies involved, but that’s just another day on the internet.
