I think the news here is that they’ve released a new IDE under the Theia name that is cross-platform.
I’m currently stuck on VS Code as I work across different machines and the sync is helpful. It’s hard to break away from it.

In a recent announcement by EclipseSource, a long-awaited cross-platform IDE based on Theia has been introduced under the “Theia IDE” name, which marks a new chapter in the development of IDEs at Eclipse.
