For now most lenovo (Legion 2020,2021 version and newer) laptops is having a stuttering and lag issue with wayland , And the solution is pretty simple:
Quick Update: Changing the Kernel does fix the problems with wayland, (lts kernel is tested)
Just download AUR (en) - lenovolegionlinux-dkms-git , sudo paru -S lenovolegionlinux , Hit Tab and chose dkms-git . then reboot
