Image frozen on main monitor

Hi!

I’m getting random freezes on my main screen AOC Q27G2S, there is no correlation with my PC being loaded or not. Only video is freezed, not system, I’m able to run terminal comands and audio is still on. On the second monitor I can see system monitor charts running. After turning screen power off and on, everything coming back to normal.

Problem were occurring on previous drivers version 565.77, and occurred today after upgrading to 570.144, freez occurred again. Problem seams to be related with wayland.

Have you tried switching your session from Wayland to X11, (and vice versa).

Have you tried switching your cable from HDMI to DP, (and vice versa).

As already mentioned, please post the output of the garuda-inxi command.

I updated BIOS to version 21.02, settings are set (and were before update) as you suggested.

I changed from DP to HDMI.

So far few hours, and no freez, I will keep you updated guys :slight_smile:
