I need to install a different desktop manager?

I’m out of Cinnamon

Reboot.

Reboot done, what now?

I don’t understand what you want, you just have to use a different global theme - @FGD explained it.

Until now we didn’t know you were using Garuda Cinnamon.
The example from @FGD shows the settings on Garuda KDE Dr460nized but the procedure is the same.
On Garuda Cinnamon, open the system settings and change the global theme or the colors or what ever.
