Help solving these two issues

I have been having two issues with my computer lately.
My first issue is that my web browser is putting me a day ahead despite my calendar saying otherwise. I've tried tinkering the settings but to no avail.

The next problem is that sometimes after a soft reboot, whenever I open something, the screen becomes black and gray with glitched icons appearing right aside it. I'm unsure if this is a graphics card issue or an issue with the OS and would like to know.

This is actually a security feature of Firedragon. It is meant to avoid fingerprinting. I don’t remember the exact setting atm. But you can always switch to your favorite browser if you don’t like default one.

Actually it’s a Firefox-based feature.
Issue is similar to this one:

Black screen after resuming suspend is a known issue with xorg 1.21.1.2 and NVidia 495.46 apparently. See here on Nvidia Forum
