The ‘uu’ will downgrade packages. Don’t do that unless you mean to.

Also, refresh your mirrorlist, then re-sync the database and upgrade without the ‘uu.’

I did the following, and it upgraded everything except for " kvantum-theme-sweet-git-r197.62dcf83-1 ", for now i manually installed the new version and bashed out the mirror for now in /etc/pacman.conf. that way pacman doesn't throw me error's anytime i try to install or upgrade.

The chaotic aur repo is suffering an issue right now. Try again after a few hours.

I figured that was the problem after turning off the repo but i didn't want to jump to any conclusions.

The repository is working completely fine for me now all is good and no error's.
