GPGME Error when updating package DB / Kernel 6.2 Dualboot issue

Have multiple boot machines have not checked to see if Garuda breaks after update.

PopOS installed Kernel 6.2 & still boots with no problems.

Although can not check Garuda because having this same issue again.

GPGME Error no data when attempting to update

This time it will not update & Update Remote Fix does not fix the issue.

Also Snapper breaks as was happening before as well.

Will reinstall Garuda & see if it works.

Hope this helps to fix these 3 issues that look to be an exploit to packages downloading via payload.

Also system keyboard lag is happening at the time of this post & usually happens in this forum. Maybe some memory leaks or Java Script vulnerabilities.

Much appreciated.

Edit:

Hope this helps to fix these 3 issues that look to be an exploit to packages downloading via payload.

Which 3 issues? Also I highly doubt that this is an exploit. What exploit even

Also system keyboard lag is happening at the time of this post & usually happens in this forum. > Maybe some memory leaks or Java Script vulnerabilities.

I doubt this as well. If this is system-wide and not just in the browser, then try the LTS kernel. If it is browser-only you should try to disable your addons.

Thank you; sudo rm -R /var/lib/pacman/sync and then sudo pacman -Syu fixed the issue after then running update; pacman upgrade --force-refresh might have also helped ran both not sure which did what.

Still need to find a way to refresh snapper so the snapshots work again.

Also getting consistent "possibley missing firmware module" on all systems.

There was also another write error dealing with PCI E somehow.

Here is the full update konsole text (in two parts was too many characters)

This has been happening on all systems as well as updates breaking.

Problems are consistent with system update & update remote fix breaking whilst snapshots also break; does not seem like a coincidence; also am not an exploit database. =]

Only happens on this forum; there are no addons installed; also using Librewolf. Hardened Kernel should not be doing it; not sure why LTS would fix it; or why Zen would be causing that problem.

Much appreciated.

System updated! 🐧

╭─foiejfie@fpejkfefjeoijfe in ~

Please don’t spam this with several huge blocks of text. That’s what the PrivateBin is for.

The $ and # are commonly used to express which environment to run a command in. This is taken from bash’s default behavior, which shows $ for a user shell and # for the root shell. All of your commands failed because you included that $. Also there is no need to paste all your failed attempts here…

This can safely be ignored.

We can’t guess the error.

Edit: Just shortened that humungus title down to it’s relevant essence.

Copied the full text to allow further review for anomalies. Am aware & the update worked after removing that. Here is the PCI E issue. Also getting similar issues not being able to write errors.
