so you have something like a b550?
What is your laptop vendor, type your trying to install Garuda?
I built it myself it's a desktop with a MSI B550 tomahawk
The order doesn't matter.
Change it and save then restart,
change back harddisk to the 1st place
USB or regular one?
The Right order is
1 hardisk
2 usb
Put something else on the 1st
and changed it back
Since your Hard Drive is "empty", you have nothing to lose when you restart the installation and re-formating your hard drive.
The reason I suggest manual partioning is because In my case it make the installation sucess for the 1st time.
I installed different linux distros multiple times on my notebook.
Sometimes the installation can fail for the 1st or 2nd time, even 3 and for 4rd trial it went fine.
sg what's that?
omg thank you so much!!!!! i could hug you rn it finally worked!
