So I'm trying to start Garuda Settings Manager, but it just doesn't work. I saw somewhere topic on forum here that we should check throught console typing garuda-settings-manager, but returns me error "No such file or directory". Do you have to fix it or?
I also want to change my brightness to make it bigger and I'm not even using night mode on. If anyone can help, that would be great.
Just go to - Garuda Welcome it should there. (KDE) You don't state what DE you are using - KDE, Gnome, etc.
I know where it is, but I can't open it. I tried using same name in console. and returns me no file or directory.
try garuda-settings-manager-git
Says unknown command
then install garuda-settings-manager with
pacman -Syu garuda-settings-manager
It says I'm not a root in my console
Maybe I need to type
sudo pacman -Syu garuda-settings-manager
?
if you are a complete beginner then read Sudo - ArchWiki pacman - ArchWiki, that's one of the essentials of your Garuda Linux system. Linux involves getting knowledge about your system, and if you want to use it effectively you must learn the basics
Have you uninstalled it?
Check pacman log
grep "garuda-settings-manager" /var/log/pacman.log
shows me this

Well I can't open it, and if I type
garuda-settings-manager
in my terminal I get that error
There is nothing to fix.
